Here let me tell you a little about my cakes. I personally make each and every single cake or pastry myself, simply because I treat every cake or pastry like a piece of art and each piece of art I make, I make with absolute perfection.
When you order that special occasion cake from me, it will be made on the day you ordered it for, it will be fresh, it will be beautiful. Anybody can say their cakes and pastries are "made from scratch", the question you should be asking is when and where they were "made from scratch" Because let admit it, everything has to be "made from scratch" in the beginning, and thats where the difference between "supermarket made from scratch" and specialized special occasion and wedding cake designers like me.
I don't have a standard templates of cakes I make, with each order I encourage my customer to take a little time and sit down with me so we can design your cake. But that can depend on the occasion type, you can also just simply pick a cake from the album.
